Ypatios Moysiadis’ upbringing in an industrial coal mining town in Northwest Greece profoundly impacted his career, instilling a deep-rooted commitment to sustainability that continues to guide his professional path. Since 2006, he has been working in the renewable energy sector, capitalizing on the initial boom in the industry. His scope has since expanded to include the development, construction, and management of mainstream renewable energy technologies, building comprehensive expertise in the entire lifecycle of these assets.
This path led him to roles at prominent British and international companies like Galliford Try Group, Grupotec, Foresight Group, BayWa r.e., and Voltalia Group, where he gained diverse market and international experience. Ypatios has been involved in every segment of the renewable energy value chain.
Currently, as Managing Partner of Wattcrop, a Macquarie GIG group company, he is at the forefront of developing next-generation renewable energy projects worldwide, fostering innovation in renewable energy services. Furthermore, as a visiting lecturer at Cass Business School in London and ESCP Business School in Paris, he shares his knowledge while promoting renewable energy and entrepreneurship as an author and active blogger.

Venture Creation Manager
Elena is a Venture Creation Manager and Project Coordinator based in London. Elena has consulted impactful ventures across Europe, Africa and the US in a wide range of sectors; from IoT to sustainable production. In early 2019 she participated in the seed-round of a biotech startup as an angel investor, acquiring valuable experience both from the investor and entrepreneur perspective. Currently she oversees the development of renewable energy projects across the UK and Greece, coordinating multiple stakeholders. Additionally, she is involved in the launch of a new programme in London, aiming to energise impactful ventures. She holds an MSc in Entrepreneurship with distinction from Cass Business School.
Angel Investor
Angelica’s career includes tenure at Fiat USA as Director of investor relations, sales and trading at Morgan Stanley, followed by her co-founding her own asset management company which to date has invested and managed a coumpounded USD 2 billion. Angelica has been an Angel Investor for the past 20 years. Her vision of creating positive legacy that transcends generations by accelerating impactful capital is evident in her investments to date. While managing these ventures, she built a private real estate portfolio worth USD 90 million. Angelica became an Olympian in 2014, is a published author, speaks 5 languages and has lived in 9 countries. She is now based in Switzerland.
Designer, educator
Dimitris is a brand and digital designer, founder and creative director of metamorph, based in London. His background includes designing and implementing forward-thinking creative design projects across the world ranging from startups to global brands within diverse sectors including consumer products, culture, education, tourism, energy, and new digital products. Furthermore, he is a senior lecturer of undergraduate and postgraduate courses in communication design, interaction design and branding. Currently he works as a Course Leader of BA Graphic Design Communication at Chelsea College of Arts, at the University of the Arts London. Bringing together the disciplines of branding, innovation and design he helps brands create effective design experiences to connect with their customers.
